This is 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos. His school’s superintendent told MPR that ICE detained Liam & his dad in their driveway. Agents then used Liam as “bait” to knock on the door & draw family members out. The family’s lawyer believes Liam and his dad are in Texas.

St. Paul police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian on Thursday evening.
The crash happened just after 5 p.m. at St. Anthony Avenue and Aldine Street. That’s just north of Interstate 94, and just west of Snelling Avenue.
