Diciamo che il desiderio di evitare la profilazione è una fissazione mia. Tutti quelli che son ancora su IG e FB dopo luglio l'hanno accettata (o han pagato, come ho fatto io, per poi però vedersi limitato il reach). È un mio pallino quello di conservare la maggior privacy possibile, ovunque.
Spero che anche colleghi e mercato informino su quel che fanno anche su altre piattaforme: sono tante e moltissime non fanno la politica di Meta.
Curiosità conclusiva: CoPilot di Microsoft si è rifiutato di discutere e aiutarmi a riassumere questi argomenti. Non sarebbero concorrenti?

Esperimento concluso: annullo abbonamento ed esco di nuovo. Come prima posterò con Meta Business Suite finché sarà permesso a chi non vuole essere profilato.
Chiaramente esisto e aggiorno anche fuori da qui: il mio sito, Threads (che è di Meta), BlueSky, Mastodon, YouTube.

Non vogliono i soldi degli utenti, i loro dati valgono di più, perchè i clienti non sono gli utenti, ma gli inserzionisti. Più utenti pagano, meno soldi si può chiedere agli inserzionisti.
Se non gli dai i dati non ti vogliono.

Messaggio chiaro: non vogliono utenti paganti. Sono obbligati dalla normativa UE ad offrire l'opzione in cui non sfruttano i dati degli utenti, ma è un'opzione che vorrebbero non offrire proprio. (7/10)
Interessante: ci si aspetta che, in quanto "utenti premium" si sia trattati meglio. Invece no: non si può aumentare popolarità dei propri post (quindi probabilmente è anche ridotta quella normale).

Ma da utente creativo? Il punto più interessante è questo: come utente a pagamento non si può promuovere i propri post, neppure pagando cifre aggiuntive.

Sembrano le regole della normale enshittification: abituo l'utente ad un prodotto, poi glielo peggioro e metto a pagamento la versione precedente, dicendo che è "premium".
Confermo che pagando IG e FB da utenti si torna alla loro versione obsoleta, che funziona ed è anche piacevole.

Passo a pagamento, per vedere l'effetto che fa. Confermo che è piacevole: si torna a IG e FB come erano 5 o più anni fa. Si vedono gli autori che si ha deciso di seguire e i contenuti a loro affini. (3/10)

A Luglio Meta obbligava a scegliere tra profilazione e pagare, non volendo fare nessuna delle 2 cose abbandonavo le loro piattaforme come utente.
Continuavo a postare tramite Business Suite (si può postare e rispondere ai commenti ai propri post ma non vedere contenuti altrui).
