This stuff writes itself.
You saved me having to type that.

Truth is an absolute defense.
If Congress can evict 2 members for "sexual assault"
where is their Impeachment for the President ?
My new favorite pastime.
And there's a new "puzzle" to work on every day.
Funny.
When the Bidens and Obamas were in the White House, I never EVER had cause to "edit" their posts.
Makes you wonder, don't it?!?!?

There are some PR people in this area that did NOT take my PR courses, and it shows.
Some of y'all need to get thee to a university with experienced practitioners who can teach you how to write a freakin' media release that would at least earn you a "C."

Here's one from Louisiana:
FUCK TRUMP!
My new favorite pastime.
Another one bites the dust.
Good riddance.
And BTW:
Happy birthday, Uncle George.
Thanks for all you do and will continue to do.
I opted out of this genre several years ago when it appeared that the directors etc. believed audiences would accept any old shit, as long as it was part of the Universe. The plots, casting and acting were mediocre, with a rare exception from time to time. My life is not diminished by not watching.
I had a friend stay with me for a few days after my first surgery. I cleaned up specially before she arrived. When I got home from the procedure, I walked into my bathroom and shrieked. What a disaster!
"Boat shaped" furniture in no way resembles a boat. Whoever came up with that probably has an island – Manhattan – for sale.

This show has some great moments and performances, but they're hidden away in a series that is two episodes too long.
The commentary is very much on point about bureaucracy, government, politics, tradition, history, arrogance, entitlement and career advancement.
And Al Franken? BRILLIANT!
I loved that show.

Yes. And his allowing an unruly mob into the White House? Another foreshadowing. When I was young, I thought Andy Jackson was godlike. The more history I learned, the more I realized he was anything but.
Jeff has constantly supported legislation that provides all types of support for oil & gas, with no consideration for environmental effects. The only resolution he wants here is one that keeps the oil & gas PAC money coming in.

FDT.
And all those people who supported, defended and voted for this racist, misogynistic, adulterous, traitorous felon.
Especially Mitch McConnell.
I was reminded today – for some reason – of the vulgarity and brutality of Andrew Jackson's presidency. Once elected, the tenure of the "hero" of the Battle of New Orleans foreshadowed TFG's administration.
When will we ever learn?

It's so weird. You don't realize the differences because they're so gradual, but one day, you find you can't drive at night anymore because of the halos around the lights. Or you look at something that looks clean, but you know it's not. It took me longer to read EVERYTHING (and I was a teacher)!
Well, most of their clientele was in their 70s and 80s. (Everybody in the waiting room thought I was there with my parent or grandparent.) Early cataracts are heredity in my family. My mother's appeared in her 30s, mine in my 40s.
I love to eat, so I'm not against having "meal scenes" in books. In the South, since food is such a cultural focus, Southern writers tend to talk about food, regardless of the genre! So I think it adds a note of authenticity to include what people are eating (and cooking). I just don't need details.
