Good News:
- Inigo’s foot is better.
- Luigi is eating.
- Doesn’t look like I tore my RIGHT (surgerized) biceps tendon when I fell.

Bad News:
- Luigi is still losing weight. Down another 3 lbs in 2 weeks.
- Saw the ortho clinic today and they do think I tore my LEFT labrum. 😭

Crying over here at vegetarian at 187. 😭

Are these low salt and low fat? And where do you find them!?

The store bought bone broth has things he can’t have and I don’t eat meat so it would be a waste of meat to make my own. How do you get broth with no fat, onion, or garlic?

He has to be on low fat and hydrolyzed protein now so it’s not appetizing at all unfortunately.

Nope. Luigi won’t eat his prescription food. Inigo is still injured. And Nola got into a fight and spent the day in the hospital getting wounds cleaned out and sutured. And that doesn’t even count the patient stuff this week. 😭 Oh and my arm is killing me and it’s hard to sleep because it hurts.

I told this super nice guy at the hospital about the keys & he came by my office this afternoon with my keys. He somehow went to the hotel and got them out of my car.

So I ubered back to the hotel after work & the car wasn’t there. He drove it to work and didn’t tell me. 🤣
