Fantastic news. Congrats to my friends in @onecityvan.bsky.social , @copevancouver.bsky.social and the Greens for demonstrating progressives can unite, and when we do, we WILL win.

There's a different between COPE, Greens and OC as one slate and the other parties you mentioned. It's more than who's running to defeat Ken Sim. It's who's running AND who has a pro-housing, pro-worker and pro-growth vision for the city. That's where they're trying to manage numbers on the slate.

The ticket cut-off for walk-ons is being strictly enforced while you're in line. You wait to have to book for the next one, meanwhile, seeing the boat you could've boarded, sit in the berth for 20 minutes.

This is illegal. It's called the Canada Health Act, and it prohibits charging Canadians private fees for services covered by Medicare. The only thing this will accomplish is fines from Health Canada, which Alberta taxpayers will be on the hook for.
