I really hate these late night appointments. I just want my bed. 😭

(I realise it's only 7pm and not traditionally 'late night' but I'm used to being in bed at 8pm and up at 4am, so yeah, it's late to me)

I always get triggered by the US's obsession with brand names for everyday items, medication, etc. 😟😅

Gonna try and level up my attempt at a 'daily positive' from earlier this year and try a gratitude diary. It'll probably contain things like "had a nice cup of tea" but hopefully it'll do me some good to notice the little things more. 🤞

Few things wind me up more than people who wander around in public completely oblivious to their surroundings (i.e. other people). My ultimate pet peeve. 🤬😅

Just waded through the flooded garden to sit in the shed for a bit, just to hear the heavy rain pounding the roof. So relaxing!

Apparently he's already scratched off the numbers for them so not sure they could honour it 😬 would definitely go with him, can imagine him coming back with a 55" TV that they've told him is essential as a docking station 🤣

Wow, Currys royally scammed my dad with his new laptop purchase. Upselling him a load of crap he doesn't need, convincing him it's essential. I feel they've really taken advantage of his naivety and wish he'd consult with me before making these purchases.

I like it when people do good deeds in public. I don't like it when I see a video of it online, which the good doer clearly set up to record themselves. Sorta sucks the good deed out of it, and makes it all "look at me" instead. 😕

I don't think it's a coincidence that ever since I accidentally left my Facebook reactivated, I've experienced a gradual loss of brain cells.

I'll never be on-board with this toilets-in-bedrooms trend.

Got an urge to put up a shelf and fill it solely with little reminders of my favourite childhood things. Toys, books, photos, stuff like that. 🥰

Got out of bed after waking up naturally thinking it was nearly my usual wake up time (04:30 ish). But no. It was 22:30 and I'd been asleep for less than an hour. 🙃

These new tablets are making it so hard to fall back asleep. Weird insomnia vibes.

Made up with those #Hollyoaks returns just announced. Especially one of them, which I've been calling for for the longest time. We hear their voice most days on TV and radio anyway, but it'll be good to catch up. 🥰

That's a lie. Of course I didn't. Diane voices everything. She is God. 🥰

Current #Hollyoaks theory. Donny Clark is really Mick Johnson from #Brookside in protection. Tisha Merry is playing Mick's daughter, Gemma Johnson. The timelines seem to work and it explains why Donny apparently didn't have children with Maggie/Caitlin until his late 40s.

I wonder if it could ever return in this current TV economy, where it's more about churning out cheaper content? It wouldn't even need the original Gallaghers or Maguires, necessarily.

What's the general consensus on separated part release pattern of TV shows? Wednesday, Stranger Things, etc. I feel it half-solves some of the problems people had with instant full series drops, while allowing people to still (mini-)binge, prolonging the buzz of the show. A good compromise?
