yeah! most video call tools will let you keep your video on but hide your own tile from yourself. I find this SO HELPFUL because you will otherwise naturally look at your own tile a lot. without it you feel way more like you're in a room looking at other people imo (and I find it less draining too)

Also turning off your self view goes a long way imo

yeah I strongly prefer camera on unless it's a "broadcast" type meeting (like an all-hands where only a few people present to a large group) it gets so isolating otherwise!
