Today found me going to the bank to deposit my paycheck. Fortunately the bankers are used to doing business with me so they aren't afraid of me.
Was playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons recently when an islander gifted me a picnic basket. Sheesh! Can't get away from those bloody things even when I play video games-that and there's SO MUCH MORE to we bears than pic-a-nic baskets, you know! ;/
I'll be going to Painted Desert Fur Con next year and PDFC 2027 has a "Mad Max" theme. With that in mind, I went to Bing AI to imagine myself in such a post apocalyptic world as a scavenger seeking out the juiciest parts of the now fallen world. :D

This is a Coke themed stein I picked up a few years back. I consider it a collector's item because it was made back in the day when polar bears drank Coke exclusively and would regard any who would drink Pepsi to be rather strange..:/
The internet in my house went out yesterday, and it was (seemingly) an eternity for the cable company techie to come (he came this afternoon) and fix things. *UGH!* Never again!
Had dinner at a tropical island restaurant tonight. The pineapple seasoned chicken with rice was divine but what really made things special were the trio of steel drummers providing the night's entertainment.
Attending conventions is not only fun, there are also nice perks to be had. One convention I attended had a "50s Diner" theme and in the convention center they'd set up a kiosk where 50s style food like sandwiches could be had.
Met this guy at an anthro convention once. I'd heard about the Sith Lords and asked him if he was one of them. He then made some gestures, saying that he wasn't the Sith Lord I was looking for and I found myself believing him, despite what I had thought previously. :/
As a bear I find it VERY hard to get up in the morning. My usual habit is to set the alarm for an hour before the time I actually have to get up to give myself time to lounge a bit and shake the cobwebs out of my head.
Spent the day doing some househunting. I like my current house but I'm earning an insane amount of money hosting at Wet Willies and have considered moving into bigger digs. I think I'll stay put for now. All the houses I looked at were smaller than mine or not to my liking.
Found that my best friend Chonkers had gotten into my Tootsie Roll pop supply and was helping himself (The rascal! ;D). I promised that if he kept out of my Tootsie Roll stash, I'd order a bag or two for him and he agreed. (Now all that's left is to make sure he holds up HIS end of the deal.;-D)

Today Furaffinity, a very popular gallery for anthro artwork, poetry and music went down for a few hours. Every time it does I (rather jokingly) expect anthros to riot in the streets because they've been deprived of their favorite art and the like. Fortunately that never happens. ;D
Watched with excitement today as Artemis II lifted off for its trip around the moon. All the crew were human of course but maybe someday we anthros will get our chance in space. *sigh*
I've sometimes wondered about something...why are there BADgers but not GOODgers? ;D
Would you believe we anthros even have our own credit cards? Not all human stores accept them but the list is growing bigger and bigger every day.
Did my monthly grocery shopping today. It wasn't as traumatic as yesterday's "pizza business" since I ordered things online and had my items delivered to my doorstep while paying with my A-bear-ican Express card before hand so no interaction with humans was needed.
Was feeling lazy tonight so I ordered pizza for dinner. Big mistake. The delivery driver took one look at me, dropped the pizza and ran (even though I did call after him saying that I was perfectly safe and was willing to pay). *shrugs* Got a free pie out of it at any rate. ;/
I didn't have a very good time in high school as you might imagine and this clipping from one of my yearbooks explains why. I was voted "Most likely to live in a zoo." in that year.
I was a spitfire when I was younger. I remember one time I, shall we say, used one of the walls of our house as a canvas. Boy, was I sore from the cuffing mama and papabear gave me!
Here's a little tchotchke from a prior convention I attended. It had a "50s Diner" theme so us patron level (we'd paid way more than the normal registration fee and thus were entitled to a few extra benefits) attendees were entitled to a "50s Diner coffee mug".
Here's another snap of me as a cub. I was a real spitfire back then, forever running and challenging my mamabear to catch me-which she often did. On that note, my mamabear always joked that because she had me she had no need for a gym membership to keep in shape. :D
Was walking around the neighborhood surround the Back to the 80s nightclub and came across this totally gnarly chopper. I've rode in motorcycles before and it's an experience like no other, but too dangerous for this bear's taste.
