That's no way to live
Reminds me of one Halloween we took them trick or treating and a guy had included "joke" items like carrots in his bowl of sweets and our eldest picked a carrot unironically in preference to the sweets
It would disappoint me, cucumber tastes like tainted water... But our boys actually love it they wouldn't mind that plate at all ๐
The figure that came to my head was ยฃ1.80 but that seems high
I think they are.. though it's the olds that vote ๐ค anyway, I hope it doesn't come to pass but I have a bad feeling
And don't you also worry we are witnessing the slow motion car crash of us ending up with a reform government and PM farage? ๐คข
I can understand this sentiment. I often feel I probably come across as really serious all the time because I'm highly anxious and crushed beneath worries about the future and general existential angst... But I also want to laugh! I'm not setting out to be glum/quiet... It just often happens anyway
I bet he walks around with such an attitude and his "hello"s are so loaded, I wouldn't want to say hello to him either tbh. And the stuff about the girl kissing her bf AT him... He has some serious main character energy.. everything that goes on is about him. It probably isn't.
I demand a recount!
I feel like .. at best.. they should've marketed the Titanic as "sink-resistant" rather than unsinkable. In hindsight.
Fun film. Been too long since I've seen it
I think it's because it's all performative. They don't actually care, they just pretend to care when it's someone on the other side under scrutiny (other side being any side other than theirs)
What made you rich?
No wait I'm getting confused
I am not convinced Melissa is actually a 51 year old woman.
Taking any remembrance memorabilia down is fraught with danger... Does it mean you have ceased remembering?? I'm afraid once they're up they must stay up for all eternity
Don't listen to this freak, ribs are a staple foodstuff for all
Oh fuck that, just go with them
That sounds so shitty ๐
Guns + burgers = freedom!

Oh man pope Leo is going to get himself blockaded at this rate
What just because he's weak on crime?
Honestly if trump ran a pub I wouldn't trust it enough to have a drink in it. It's absolutely insane that somehow he's been given control of the most powerful nation & military on the planet. Such a miserable and terrifying state of affairs
Ooh la la! Very continental!
That would be great. Over here I think his years of trump sycophancy must be hurting Farage
Tyrannosaurus Rekt
Stunning views thanks Geoff
Chewbacca woke up cranky that day
He's sort of right and wrong at the same time... Because if your politics is such that you'd vote for someone who is inherently nasty... And the nastiness is actually part of his appeal... It's pretty difficult to claim you're also a nice person
A WHOLE CIVILIZATION WILL DIE TONIGHT My son needs lunch, and I have to put his backpack together, but a whole civilization will die tonight, so I'm wondering if they've closed their schools. Like, a snow day, maybe, except instead of snow it's "keep your children home so if you die, you die together" โ instead of "well open back up once the plows have cleared" it's "we don't know if we'll be here tomorrow, hold your babies tight." It's just "talk" I'm told, which I've been told before. "It's how the president makes his deals." But I've never heard anyone talk about other human beings this way, and I'm not certain I can look my son in the eyes if we all agree to stomach it one more time. A civilization will die tonight, but as I zip up his backpack and kiss him off to school I think: if this is what we call leadership then I'm not entirely sure ours isn't already dead. @michaelfdubois Mukad A QuBoy @michacifdubois
