Enough is enough.
Starmer must go.

I suspect the government is going to get another crash course in the law of unintended consequences when pushing through overly restrictive knee-jerk policies without properly considering implications, especially, but not limited to, students with higher support needs.

I've just joined the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the fight to the real enemy.
I hope today is the last that we will hear from or of Olly Robbins.
He is dead to me now.
Talking of the collapse of our technological civilisation...

Tim Cook is stepping down as Apple CEO to take charge of the White House ballroom project.
I can't even remember whether I remember it.
I hope that Olly Robbins was suitably chastened after Starmer's scathing performance in the Commons today.
And people too old to remember 2015 too.
Full confidence in the prime minister.
Can someone ask Starmer whether if he was his own boss, would he have sacked himself?
He seems pretty keen on sacking everyone else for not doing the right thing.
The "anti-corruption tsar" is presumably a counterpart to the corruption tsar.
Reminded of Miliband's best line
Diane Abbot explaining it to the House as if the government front bench are all five-year-olds. Fair enough.
Mandelson has released a rebuttal statement through his lawyers in Russian.
Starmer is effectively doing a reverse job interview.
Starmer is visibly and audibly cracking up.
In unrelated news, I've been appointed the UK ambassador to the United States.
Emily Thornberry makes the ludicrous argument that Mandelson himself probably leaked the fact of his appointment and bounced the government into making it regardless of any vetting process.
Starmer: We're all trying to find the guy who did this.
In fairness, "Kemi" can at least hoof in an open goal from three yards.
One of the strange things about British politics is that you can follow it closely and not be reminded about the existence of Kemi Badenoch for weeks at a time.
There are really only two issues here:
1. Mandelson was clearly unsuitable for any diplomatic or government post on the basis of what was known publicly about him at the time.
2. Mandelson should have been, and presumably was, refused DV on the basis of his business activities, not (just) Epstein.
Starmer is making a very effective argument that he hasn't been in charge of his government for a very long time.
Keir Starmer: I have changed the process so that the barn door must be closed before the horse has bolted
Don't let him get away with it, Keir.
Nigel "gas the Jews" Farage has written about antisemitism for the Jewish Chronicle.
Surprisingly, he claims to be against it.
When the Nazis rounded up the Jews in Vienna they took the Jews' door keys as they were taken into the assembly camps.

Coming to a debating chamber near you very soon.
