The only thing a player was disappointed in is that there's not really a dedicated expansion book for the newer Cities of Sigmar range (Soulbound being released in 2020 with the newer CoS stuff being late 2023)
So @cubicle7games.bsky.social if you're taking suggestions for the next Soulbound book...

It went well! Not as much roleplay as I would normally like, but I had to cram the whole starter set into a oneshot that we learned as we played, so it got pretty mechanical
Also it's on the table as a system to play if we party wipe in our Fantasy game, so I'd say it's a successful sell lmao

Hot damn that's cool

A pic of a Warhammer 40K Astra Militarum Rogal Dorn tank, converted with a 3rd party kit to look more like a Tank Destroyer variant. All weapon options are magnetized.

Sprayed this a little bit earlier, love how it looks and my first ever magnetised model (mainly thanks to the kit being prepared with slots for them) but still a fresh step. I also have some left over, so might try one of my own at some point.

Working on some special weapons to finish off my Tormentor squads so my army is planned to be a joint Horus Heresy / 40k force. A nice change to work on the 40k versions of the sculpts, lots of extra small details to work on though!
