A Huffy Rock Creek hybrid bicycle locked to a semi-circular "staple" type bike rack. The bike is secured to the rack with a thick chain lock with an apparently heavy duty lock; the chain is wrapped through the rear wheel and inside the front triangle. The front wheel is not attached to the front fork, and is very bent, as if somebody tried to wrangle the whole thing loose from the bike. The bike is in very rought condition, with lots of visible rust on the chain, cables, sprocket, chainring, and headset cap.
