He has a pretty swollen knee from the IT band injury, probably due to prolonged running on the road since they couldn't use the trail all day Sunday. He's bummed but 175 miles is nothing to sneeze at!

Very rainy this morning and all last night, but its been nice most of the day. Windy but sunny. Finally dropping into the low 60s!

We can only swap crew in 12 hour shifts! So I'm doing tomorrow 7am-7pm!
