BREAKING: The Southern Poverty Law Center says it faces investigation by Justice Department over past use of paid informants to infiltrate extremist groups.
I mean, I think it gives me license to dish it back haha.
At least he didn’t give you a new nickname.
I just have a weekly pyramid outside my door like Abby Lee Studios.
Thomas, yes.
Oliver, no.
GELBACH SAYS HE TOTALLY CONTROLS HIS OWN SOCIAL MEDIA USE
My Scottish ancestors are probably judging me for making that assumption.

I get to the airport early because I enjoy writing in them.
Just set up another very exciting faculty workshop exchange for GSU — so if any fellow deans out there want to swap folks next academic year, let me know!
Once again I am begging my fellow legal academics to remember that judges are the objects of our study, not our bosses, priests, or revered elders.
Last week, Cornell's Federalist Society chapter hosted John Eastman. Earlier this semester, it hosted Amy Wax. On the blog today, 1L Milo Ratner says the law school and university were right not to block these events but urges Fed Soc itself to stop platforming conspiracy theorists and bigots. 👇

I think we should probably be skeptical of folks who come to the aid of their former bosses with big claims that are light on facts and law. Indeed!
Plenty of criticism on the right of the #SCOTUS leaker and the Times’s reporting, but has anyone actually responded to the argument that Roberts’s assessment of “irreparable harm” and his refusal to balance the equities is completely inconsistent with his subsequent behavior in all the Trump cases?
A good rule of thumb is to ignore any accusations of unethical conduct that focus almost exclusively on 8.4(d).
Trying to legalize institutional norms and by turning it into a classified documents case is massive stretch here!
