Any gifs coming up for the second lead couple?
Kim Young-dae's character has seen the less flattering side of Shin Min-ah's: youtube.com/shorts/KCida...
Do not touch
All this noise for a decidedly mediocre candy bar (the American version at least).
They were still using Compaq computers?
First night in Hong Kong
Arrived at JFK terminal 8 around 6AM for a 10AM flight. Timed my wait in the TSA PreCheck line at around one hour fifteen minutes. That line wrapped around the terminal, but it looked more daunting than it ended up being. Staff did a good job of directing the PreCheck line.
I dropped Netflix as well. Now my only streaming services are Rakuten Viki and Amazon Prime, though keeping Amazon has more to do with the other benefits than the streaming it offers. I'll probably resub to Netflix for a month here and there to binge whatever I've missed throughout the year.

I've been hitting a wall trying to get into some middle of the road kdramas - maybe what I need is something entertainingly awful.
I thought the SML was in the wrong for seeing ML at Woo-joo's recital and not telling the FL when asked. That's playing dirty.
You can feel his emotions through the screen in a way that feels authentic, which is not always the case in kdramas, where characters either emote too little or too much.
What did you think of the ML's mom. I found her to be a bit much in how she behaved toward the FL.
Since I've seem you use Marin reaction gifs on some of your posts, I'm curious if you have you reviewed either season?
I did check the review section this time to see if you had left a review already, but I think I'm in the clear this time.
At least they didn't start dating until she was in college. In Alice-san Chi no Iroribata (mydramalist.com/782074-alice...), which is the gender flipped version of #HiddenLove, the relationship got more serious while the ML was still a HS student, from what I remember.
I liked them up until he started catching feelings for her, since what little drama there was up to that point involved FL being torn between staying safely in the friend/younger sister zone or risk getting rejected by the ML if she confessed.
I read your review - it looks like I should rescind my recommendation with prejudice ๐
Yes, that one.
And here I am enjoying the will they won't day love triangle ๐คท
If you don't want a love triangle, I would recommend Hidden Love. I wrote an impressions thread about it a few days ago.
When 'today' actually means 'sometime tomorrow' ๐ #OurUniverse
...it was nice to see Sang Zhi shed her sweet, innocent, naive persona on these occasions.
...or getting ready to throw hands with her own brother for sucker punching her BF...
Whether its throwing water at a a crazy stalker...
While I had a fair amount of criticisms for #HiddenLove in my last post, I did want to point out a thing I liked: the intensity with which Sang Zhi defended her love for Jianxu.
In conclusion, while I enjoyed #HiddenLove for the story it told, I need to follow it up with something darker. Thankfully, #SirensKiss premieres this week!
As it is, #HiddenLove plays as a wish-fulfillment fairytale of a girl building up a guy in her mind, setting him as her ultimate goal, and succeeding at reaching said goal by having her perfect, imaginary boyfriend turn out to be her real life, perfect boyfriend.
Of course, the drama goes out of its way to say that the ML only developed feelings for the FL when she was in college, but you could take these same scenes, look at them from a different angle, and come out with a very different drama.
