How it started & how it’s going!
Last year I had my latest joint replacement surgery and was out of commission. This year, I’m making up for lost time.
As a physically disabled mother of two young, healthy kids, every chance we get to enjoy the great outdoors is a privilege.

Jogging again is SO nice!! Latest joint replacement was Jan. 9 of this year. Took a long time to heal but like I told my (super awesome) surgeon, “I’m like a Toyota: strong heart, just need replacement parts from time to time.”
I did not have “the Irish potato famine” on my goodnight bingo card but here we are.
So strange to see everyone in shorts on the Jumbotron at a hockey game. Florida, you are a different beast.

I’m getting too wrapped up in Proper Sleep Hygiene (to encourage restorative sleep) that it’s causing insomnia. This is NOT going to help my body recover faster. I’m gonna stop trying to force it.
