Oh yeah, have had that happen a couple times even recently. It's annoying, but also like you said, I'll put it on pause and pursue other things til I'm ready to come back to it.

I know the world is terrible right now, but good things still happen and good art is still being made.

And I'm fucking tired of people pretending that they aren't.

Here's a lesson in right-wing propaganda (which is what Western Journal is) when it comes to movies:

• if a movie is unsuccessful, they will try to find a way to make it seem like it's "woke."

• if a movie is successful they will try to find a way to make it seem like it's "anti-woke."

Will say that as a writer, I'm terrified of endings and kinda struggle with them myself lol

It's weird... I really should be happy, I'm a happy ending kinda a guy... but it does feel really out of nowhere. I'm not upset per se, but it does feel "off?"
