I never understood what “talking back” meant. You’re supposed to talk back. It’s what a conversation is.

People who say the dreaded R slur isn’t an actual slur and it was made up by 4chan need a serious reality check.

Throughout my childhood, I’ve been called, labeled, and even misdiagnosed by the R slur from professional doctors who had no experience working with autistic children. It’s not fun.
