I am so excited to finally release this song. I actually wrote it in 2020 while continuing therapy after a nasty marriage and divorce that nearly took my life.

This song is my healing and proof that freedom is possible.

Getting tired of seeing people review bomb shows they obviously never watched to begin with. Especially when the argument they make goes against everything the franchise has stood for since the 60s.

Newsflash: Star Trek has always been "woke" and celebrated diversity. You just never paid attention.

This song has taken a long time to release simply due to the emotions and memories it stirs up within me. After escaping an abusive marriage of 8 years, it has taken that same time to process and heal.

Haha yes, it absolutely is like that 😭 the worst when you absolutely can't even find a singular comfortable position to attempt to sleep in, so you just say screw it and get out of bed 🥲

I've definitely been known to pull an all-nighter. I do attempt to sleep every night but a lot of the time I toss and turn. Insomnia and sleep paralysis are unfortunately old friends of mine as well 🥲

That is definitely not a good time. I struggle with getting good sleep as well, but I can only imagine how draining that can be. Have you ever tried other sleep remedies? I know a lot aren't great (from experience) but sometimes something helps just enough. Really hope you can rest soon ✨️
