Seeing people say Diana is designed to attract freaks and weirdos would have a heart attack looking at this child robot
Too much skin! What a bunch of creeps!

Can't believe I did this today just on a whim
The combination of people saying "exclusives are evil" and not knowing Jack shit about the console just drives me insane
NEW GAMES COME TO NEW CONSOLES. NOT EVERY SYSTEM IS GOING TO BE SUPPORTED FOR OVER A DECADE (even tho Tomodachi is a SWITCH 1 GAME)
I'm just next level
I JUST SHINY HUNTED GROUDON IN LIKE 40 RESETS ON MY BUS RIDE HOME
BRO WHAAAAAT AAAAA
I have NEVER had a shiny hunt this quick oh my god
I cannot stand the stupid takes regarding the Switch 2 it's actually so annoying
Some of these people were born yesterday I stg
Nintendo DS Lite on the bus
I think a live action Zelda movie would aim for a more serious tone than an animated Mario one
I hope they really take inspiration from LOTR and the Hobbit and commit to making a beautiful, engrossing, high fantasy world with this. It could be a modern LOTR phenomenon, but Im not holding my breath
It doesn't look real to me, but that's a pretty cool link design
Really hope they keep the green tunic in the next game too :')
For some people yes, a lot of diehard Tomodachi fans out there lol
Helps that it's a game that's designed to be enjoyed over a long period. But if you're a Tomodachi Life fan, you most definitely will get your money's worth on this release
It not being worth the $60 is a fine opinion, I even think it's a $40 game personally, but not being able to save for a $60 game in a year is the topic
People should be able to afford saving for 1 game in a year
$70 in 1990 has a similar buying power of $180 in 2026
Also yes some games have a ton of extra DLC or micro transactions, but Tomodachi Life is just a flat $60 rn. Seeing people shocked over that is funny to me idk
Okay I get it's an attention seeking thing. I'll let you go then
I don't know why you chose to turn hostile but I hope you can figure yourself out
You're in my replies ๐
You sound insane, please relax or something
I wouldn't call the second best selling console of all time "niche" lol
Once again, you might not like Tomodachi Life, but it was sort of a cult classic on the 3DS with a good number of fans waiting for a follow-up. Its not your game, doesn't mean it's trash or whatever. Its valuable to some people
I'm saying that one singular $60 game that you've been excited to buy for a year is not a crazy goal to save for
Yes the economy is terrible, yes gaming is more expensive in a number of ways, but one $60 game for a console that's almost a decade old is not a crazy feat
Okay but the complaints I saw weren't in regard to "quality," they were surprised that people could afford the game
You might not like Tomodachi Life, but it being the standard game price shouldn't blow people away and destroy wallets
Yeah MK World should've been $70 tbf, $80 games haven't really shown a reason to be more to me yet. Luckily mine was $50 with the bundle
I get that I'm a collector so I buy a lot more than the average player, but.. I'm not rich. I work at a grocery store and live in a small apartment. It's possible
Now do I think Tomodachi Life is a $60 game? Honestly, no, I would put it in the $40 range maybe
(2/2) great experiences, so I understand people not wanting to spend more
But like.. saving a little every paycheck for a singular $60 game is not impossible. Over a year that's almost nothing from your pay
I can see the fact that everything else being expensive makes it harder, but also it's kind of a miracle $60 games are still pretty common when you consider they were $60-75 all the way in the 1990s, they haven't inflated much at all
Indies play a big part, theyre super cheap usually and give (1/2)
But even with Canada prices, they have a way higher minimum wage so like... Idk
84.99 CAD is about 62 USD
16.75CAD min wage v 7.25USD min wage
Idk it seems like it's not that crazy to save money for a game you want
Yeah the regional price differences suck but... If you managed to buy a Switch how is saving $60 for a game you're really excited for absurd?
We've known about the new Tomodachi for a year now, surely there's a way for people to save enough for ONE game in a year
I have to wonder how often some people actually play/buy games
I'm seeing tweets where people say "how is everyone affording Tomodachi Life ($60)"
That's like.. the normal game price for consoles since like 2016(?) Do people actually buy consoles and only buy 1-2 games?
The demo is really short but fun
It also barely scratches the surface of the game. The full game has so many different ways to customize/upgrade your combat. It's almost addictive in a rogue like way
Seeing my entire friend list on switch playing Tomodachi Life while I'm playing Pragmata
(I want Tomodachi Life too)
