Thanks!🙏 I’m using techniques I learned with charcoal 25+ years ago that don’t entirely translate to a #2 pencil (especially for achieving the darkest values). But quick sketching is something that all of my family (save my mom) did pretty well, but I need to get better for what I’m doing now.

I recently realized my sketching skills needed improvement/workouts (for an upcoming project), so I put my standard #2 pencil to work while watching. Despite the frequent camera angle changes & performer movements (all great for the play but tricky for me), I managed some quick, mediocre strokes.
