I heard some interesting tea yesterday that Hegseth asked the guys at RTB if they can just revoke every ranger tab issued since they supposedly lowered standards for women. Apparently he was shocked to learn this would affect thousands of soldiers including 75th boys.
Thanks!

In a new essay for @warontherocks.bsky.social, Andrew Reddie and I look at recent coverage of nuclear wargaming involving LLMs. We assess 1) what wargaming is best used for, 2) why LLMs are trigger-happy, and 3) how AI can fit into the wargaming stack. warontherocks.com/im-sorry-dav...

No decision on the fighter review is effectively a decision in favour of the existing plan for 88 F-35.
Every day that passes, the more the review looks like an attempt at leverage ahead of CUSMA negotiations, rather than a real reconsideration of the status-quo.

'La Villa Strangiato' by Rush is the greatest rock instrumental of the 20th century. Discuss.
Opus 4.7 seems much lazier and error-prone than 4.6.
huh, turns out “unleashing woke ROE” or whatever doesn’t make UGFs or mobile launchers any easier to hit
In other words, Iran's drone and missile capabilities have been "totally obliterated" by contemporary American standards.
