Have rescued more plants from the plant shelter(garden centre for those new here) and named them to go with the plants I already have yes there are themes and it may seem odd to name them but I talk to my plants so makes it easier if they have a name.

Finally if I have headphones in and am sitting in a quiet corner chances are I’m dealing with an anxiety attack do not approach in fact it’s probably best to back away 😂 if I need help I’ll ask but I deal with these often enough to cope on my own.

Please ask before hugging or touching me, if I know you chances are I’ll be okay with it but some days it will send my nervous system into a meltdown so always ask first

Crowds make me anxious as does socialising even if I’ve known you for years so please don’t take it personally if I say I’m turning into a pumpkin and head to my hotel or a quiet place to decompress
