quests available to "all" jobs basically just means event quests which can be accepted as gatherer or crafter jobs as well. vague technicalities

there's a pretty huge amount of quests in the game that are locked to "disciples of war or magic" which basically means only combat jobs. as blue mage is a "disciple of magic" it has (from what I know) been able to accept these quests until now
