Let’s not even mention how editors are part of the creative team for alot of these books (especially big two) and you suddenly just lost a crucial member of your team. Not good, man. Behind the scenes comics folks deserve better than this.

It’s just so messed up to see passionate, creative and hardworking people in comics get thrown into the meat grinder over and over and over. It’s not right that we’re expected to just roll with this.

I also don’t think people realize that when an editor leaves a company, most times that means their contact list usually goes with them, too. Ton of working comic creators potentially losing stability from editors who always try their best to get them steady work.

Lots of love to all the Marvel staffers laid off. Makes no sense. Billion dollar industry! Fucked up.
