What happened?

An Army talks about meeting Jimin and Jungkook during their shooting of Are You Sure. I'm so sorry but the whole text doen't fit here so I can only summarize. An Army worked at a prepared foods deli shop. Jimin and Jungkook came by and Army asked them if they're from Korea. Jungkook answers "maybe" and Jimin laughs and smacks him. Army asks if they're from BTS and Jungkook again says "maybe". Army shows them their Army tattoo on their wrist and they go "wow". Then Army reheats Jungkook's pizza and after Army got the courage they asked Jimin for a photo (Jungkook had left by then). Jimin instead gave them an autograph and a hug. Army praises their kindness and says they're just as beautiful in real life as on screen
