When will this dammed heatwave ever end?

Quite the rude version at our school:

"we had joy, we had fun we saw Miss *******'s bum,
but the things we liked best, were the round things on her chest"

I was disgusted then and I'm disgusted still.

Oh I agree. Excellent stuff. And delighted that I'm seeing him at a small venue too - The Boiler Room. Should be the perfect setting.

My Christmas present from son #1 is tickets to see Pictish Trail this coming May. Really looking forward to it.

It's frustrating when it happens - which is normally when I'm starting a big project. I found advice online vague to say the least, but one suggestion was to install MacCleaner Pro. It seems to have done the trick. (But flinched at the £60 subs).

I've just had a call about our video training at Raiveon. I asked the normal question of where did they hear about us and they said ChatGPT.

A.I. for once, appears to have given us work!

It’s Adam Wakeman, who played with Black Sabbath and Ozzy. And is the son of Rick. He’s rather talented.

Morris Marina 1.4L (Very basic, didn't even have a radio)
Renault Fuego
Mazda MX5
Jaguar XJ6
and the finest car ever made, the mighty, glorious, practical, and wonderfully boring, Volvo V70.

This is an excellent analysis, which deserves to be shared. But the headline in the Telegraph, the actual bloody headline says everything. Look sunshine, if you’ve paid millions in taxes, that means you’ve made many more millions. Congratulations and all that, enjoy it and belt up moaning.

Might I raise a hand from the back of the room and say that instead of rushing over to Adobe, TechSmith have been doing wonders with Camtasia recently. Well worth a gander.

Way too many visual innuendos in pottery. That’s how we got into this mess in the first place 😄

They should've taken a leaf out of The Repair Shop. Lingering close-ups of steaming veg, slo-mo of knife cutting onion. Go outside for misty shots of Birmingham, robin perched on bollard, dog sniffing lamppost. Music - Recuerdos de la Alhambra and Cavatina.

I can start on Monday.

Why has it taken 3 years since this belter to come out before I find out? Big Special. Most enjoyable waxings.

I AM TRYING TO LISTEN TO THE BLOODY TEST MATCH.

(sighs, mutters something about being easily distracted, clicks play).

Let's see if they manage to construct the show without repetition of shots and ensuing everything is kept in sequence.
It'll make a good drinking game: 1 swig for seeing the same clip twice, 2 swigs for seeing a contestant prepare a raw chicken after they've been seen frying it 30 secs earlier.

Can’t be bothered to look, but has anyone started the “who’s” party yet?

Followed by a link to Abbot and Costello.

We also had Apple on a limited time. On those 2 shows alone we ditched Prime and stuck with Apple.

They've already been mentioned, but I agree with Slow Horses and Ted Lasso. In both cases, stick with them. They start OK, then just get better.

I once sat opposite Dudley Sutton on the District Line.

I smiled.

He didn't smile back.

That would go nicely with the ashes urn we spotted in an antique shop in Brighton a couple of months back.

I agree. This would be a wise move. Also try other editing software, such as Camtasia (even if it's the free trial version). This would determine whether there's a problem with the media, or a glitch in CapCut.

Edgar Broughton Band remains one of the best gigs I've seen. Saw them late 80s. Total mayhem. Edgar faked a heart attack on stage. Whilst his partner, standing in the wings knitting, raised her head, tutted and just carried on.
