The last find was Halo 2 Japanese update 5 in December.

Did you try Sharpkeys? I'm unsure if it can handle a multi-key input as a source, but its worth a shot. It's been fantastic for remapping all the useless keys to make them usable on condensed laptop keyboards for me.
