I found it fascinating reading comments from *within* the space 'bubble' complaining about a lot of the Artemis 2 coverage being "too basic." Indicative to me of how much the community tends to VASTLY overestimate how familiar most folks are with space goings-on.

Once again, I went "outside the space bubble" to talk some space flight and specifically Artemis II at, of all things, the dentist's office. I got some serious questions from the dental hygienist and the receptionist at the office about Artemis II and why we're going to the Moon after 53 years.

I didn’t incorporate the sponge correctly, so my dough was a bit lumpy despite best efforts to fix. And since this didn’t keep the braiding shapes I’m wondering if the butter ratio was way off.

Forgot the take a photo once it was out of the pan but this year’s tsoureki for Easter turned out decent enough. The problem with cooking foods like this once a year is I don’t get enough practice to get actually good at it.
