Thank you Governor Whitmer for signing my bill into law. As we transition from old and outdated small scholarships, we are able to offer more funding to our flagship Michigan Achievement Scholarship, providing students with up to $5,500 every year.

Whether you have water coming out of your tap shouldn’t depend on how much money you have or where you live in the state. From big cities to suburban towns and rural communities in every corner of our state, more and more Michiganders are struggling to pay their water bills. Michigan has made significant strides to provide water assistance, and now is the time for Michigan to invest strongly in water affordability solutions and pass bipartisan water affordability legislation." - Stephanie Chang

I'm very worried about #Michigan's #agriculture sector as a result of the #TrumpTariffs / #TrumpTax. We export so much of our products to our neighbors, and this could destroy our state's economy, not to mention the major effects on the auto and manufacturing sectors 😭

Today marks the begining of black history month in the US and Michigan! While we always honor the history and community of Black Americans, this month we spotlight the fight against oppression.”We all require and want respect. Man or Woman, Black or White. Its our basic human right” -Aretha Franklin

If you haven’t had the chance, make sure to thank your Michigan State Senators. After hundreds of Senator’s bills died on the House floor, they took a stance to finish the good work for the people of Michigan, staying in session for well over 26 hours to pass MI House bills.

Thank you Senators 👏👏

The Michigan House of Representatives passed my bipartisan legislation to make hearing aids for children more affordable.

No child deserves to live with untreated hearing loss, especially when we have the tools to make their lives and learning easier.
