The TARDIS is still inexplicably drawn to the Powell Estate, but by this point in Earth history it's been replaced by Cloud Eight, a supposed utopia high above the rain forest previously known as London.

What a joy to write for Peter Davison, Janet Fielding and Mark Strickson (some of the best who ever did it) and to be in a box set with @jamesmoran.com AND my wife!! We even did TWO stories for this - how excessive.

Haha, well it's set on 'Cloud City Eight' but it's really because it's one less than 'Cloud Nine' which is a term implying bliss, so it's referring to an *almost* perfect state of being. (But not perfect because they scramble your brains...) I think we came up with the title before the story...
