I decided to try and draw Pochita today. I have neuropathy so my linework wasn't as stable as I would have liked. Living things are difficult.
If I were to do something different in the future, it would be using vectors for outlines since they'd give me more control of where the line ends up after.

Spotify discover weekly section, bouncing between different artist radios, and occasionally on YouTube I'll open up a specific song and then start clicking through random related music.

Becoming familiar with my drawing tablet* Brain shut off oops
Here's my art for the day. I'm trying to make sure that I use a variety of brushes while becoming familiar with. I wanted to recreate a piece of physical media that I had created for a 2D Concepts course.
Of course I was able to add more than just black and white this time.
I pulled out an old Huion Q11K I had gotten a long while ago. It's a lot easier to use than M&K, but the lack of a monitor definitely trips up my brain.
It's for the best that I'm not a shipwright, whatever I created would probably capsize immediately. I like the stormy weather vibes, I also really like how the lights turned out although not much the sails. Maybe next time I'll try a forest.
I thought it would be fun to try making something every day in the hopes of becoming more comfortable creating things. Today I asked friends for an object and they said bottle.
I probably could have done better with the shading and differentiating the wall from the ground, learning is nice though.
I started messing with the new Affinity app today, I like a lot of the changes they've made to the layout, features from the a few of the old apps being combined, and how generally easy it feels to use.
On a side note, I've come to the realization that I love the chalk brush, mess and all.
Working away on assets for Brackeys Game Jam 2025.2.
I think that I've finally gotten enough together to start doing level designs and use some temporary primitive objects for characters while I put together gameplay.
I have a lot of appreciation for artists.

I participated in my first game jam. 48 hours was definitely a stretch, but I had fun and I've come to realize that I really enjoy level design.
