I think we're just seeing how many people post their knee-jerk reactions, instead of thinking "haha car" and scrolling on, or actually clicking on the article before they share their little quip.

I don't think this is about LLM/anti-AI sentiment. I think it's simpler than that. Because the car thing was my knee-jerk thought too, but about 2 min later I scrolled past someone noting (as you did) the engineering challenge of bipedal locomotion, and I realized my first thought had been dumb.
Silver (or Silver Amulet), if you want a quick game, small box, and think you have a better memory than your opponents.
Here to Slay might be good for a competitive group (we weren't able to give it a fair shot).
If you do want cooperative/party games, look at Just One, So Clover, and Fun Facts.
Easy answers are Splendor, Azul, and Kingdomino.
Valeria Card Kingdoms is remarkably fun. We played it more than anything else when my kids were around that age.
5 Minute Dungeon, if you want a quicker game and your group thrives under time pressure. Oh, but it is cooperative.
I cannot get over the nurse at my father's chemo infusion, who told us we could take our masks off despite her and all the other patients, family members, and unmasked nurses in the room, because of the six foot rule. She even held her arms out to demonstrate.
Hope you and yours are okay.

Do you have any other Fair Folk favorites you want to recommend?
I'm not in the least qualified to weigh in, but I thought I read somewhere recently that they haven't yet tested boosters for Shingrix, so they don't want to give it too early and then have it wear off and leave you vulnerable when you're older.
Made me feel better about waiting until 50, anyway.
I've also found it helpful to request an ice pack to put on my head or chest, to prevent a vasovagal response. If nothing else, it's a handy distraction. And if they can't get a vein on the first try, I request a hot pack to warm up my arm/hands before the second try, which seems to help for me.
Also a tricky patient. I always tell them I've had the best experiences with a pediatric butterfly needle.
For blood draws, I think the butterfly makes it easier to maneuver, so if they have to do those little wiggles it's less harrowing, and they won't jog it when they switch vials.
For the benefit of US west coasters, who might tend to assume that going from one state to another takes at least an hour:
That's a shorter trip than Seattle WA to Tacoma WA, which share SeaTac airport, or the driving distance from San Francisco International (SFO) to Oakland Airport (OAK).
They were so polite (one dude kept raising his hand to be called on). We had a great back-and-forth, and we even managed to navigate some really big stuff (one guy asked if I was from Israel, someone carefully brought up Iran, etc). Very supportive on both sides.
Big thanks, kids. You give us hope.
I happened into a big public Eid event last week. I found a clump of teen boys and politely asked a question about their holiday. I explained that I was Jewish, and often had to clarify my own religion/culture to well-meaning friends.
They took the opportunity to ask me a bunch of questions, too.
On Android, you may be able to hold the power button to pull up a Power Menu (turn off, restart, etc), which may have an option for Lockdown Mode.
I had to tweak some settings to get it set up on my device, but it wasn't hard.
Don't forget Math Pose: caught in the act of writing on a chalk board, on which we see E = mc^2, a circle labeled pi * r^2, and a graph of a random curve.
Solidarity in the late-night void.
Good luck!
So you want to live in a major city, but you have too much money. NYTimes to the rescue!
I think there's an additional problem that external opponents can seize on something like this to attack the movement as a whole.
See Greg Abbott announcing that Texas will erase the state holiday entirely, rather than rename it to Dolores Huerta Day or Farm Laborer's Day or something.
"He moves quickly by riding on a motorcycle" lol
I'm a Fluticasone nasal spray evangelist. I hate using it (nasal spray sensation, sore throat if it drips back too much), but it really helps when oral antihistamines are overwhelmed. When I travel to an allergy hotspot, I use for a few days beforehand and continue during. Maybe useful for you?
Heartbroken for the women who felt they had to keep silent for years, to prevent precisely this kind of bad-faith opportunism.
So many members of marginalized communities are forced to make decisions like that, and it's so unjust, and I'm so angry, and sometimes things get better but never enough.
I might guess that higher household incomes are more likely to be 2 person households, where partners are able to find time to cook for each other, and lower incomes are more likely to be working singles who need to fill that gap with delivery.
Unless it missed something, the article doesn't seem to examine household size at all. Analysis seems to show compare per-person use broken out by household income.
My best trick was to figure out my size in some brands I like (Toad&Co, Effie's Heart, etc), and then lurk on Poshmark until I was stocked up enough that I haven't need to shop for a few years now.
Stretchy cotton dress + leggings + boots feels like a cheat code! It's more flattering on my body than t-shirt and jeans, it looks more put-together, and it's actually more comfortable. Pick a dress, grab the top pair of grey/black leggings, done.
I wish I could agree, but I can't remember ever going to a synagogue when we didn't have armed security for High Holiday services, at least. Maybe when I was a child? I don't remember. Certainly not this millenium.
Both the everyday stuff and the one-off stuff has to happen, but every time I need to squeeze in going to a potluck, I fall behind on filling out the field trip forms.
I feel like I'm drowning, and I don't know how to fix it.
