Tuesday morning found us on the Osuna triangle, Sevilla. More Monty's, Red and Black Kites,Snake Eagles, Lesser Kestrels, Rollers,Melodious Warbler, Cattle and Little Egrets, Calandra Larks and lots more,finishing with Collared Pratincoles near Lentejuela. Maravilloso.

Cracking morning at Rambla Morales with the bro. Incoming migrants included Wood Warbler, Sub Alpine Warbler, Whitethroat and Reed Warbler. Also 2 Wood Sandpiper, Common Sandpiper and Stone Curlew, Bee Eaters and Night Herons.

An absolute wow moment for me. Just arrived in my veg garden and a male Sparrowhawk flew fast and low straight in front of me, only feet away.

Beautiful weather at Rambla Morales this morning but still quiet. The first sightings of Nightingale and Bee Eater however(previously only heard) were well worth the visit.
Some cracking boozers in Wakey these days.
Serene morning on the plot planting peppers,cucumbers,tomatoes and beetroot. Nightingales and Blackcaps singing,first Golden Oriole of the year and orange blossom scent on the breeze.

Almost eerily quiet at Rambla Morales this morning but everything I saw was quality. First Purple Heron and Gull billed Terns of the year plus Dotterel x5,White headed Ducks and Black necked Grebes so a mixed picture.

At last a hint of spring on the patch. The scent of orange blossom in the air and Bee Eaters calling overhead(sadly not seen). A flyover egret would have been a patch mega but I wasnt able to identify it fully.
