It’s been in my SLG (silly little game) rotation for over a month now and I am really enjoying it!!! Tickles something in my brain quite pleasantly.
I always said I wanted to meet her some day and just let her know we got it, we saw her, we were there with her seeing the vitriol behind the scenes, and we are so, so grateful. She deserves only good things 💕 my heart is full and I finally feel a little closure from that time too. 🥹
A particular highlight tonight was meeting @siouxsiew.bsky.social & finally having the chance to sincerely thank her for her work too, the impact it had on me &my job on the response, & empathise with the hell of social media she experienced (and still does). I was awkward & maybe gushing but 🥰
A wonderful evening at @hendysh.bsky.social ‘s book launch. It was cathartic hearing him talk about that Covid time and he brought up stuff I’d completely forgotten happened. So much respect for scientists and experts like him who were so generous with their time and knowledge, both then and now. ❤️

What a haul! All the homegrown ones I've seen so far are very smol, can barely fit a tsp inside them. Love a good solid sized feijoa!!!
In mine it seems to be mostly kids selling bags for a dollar or two to raise money for school holiday fun times, or pocket money, with their responsible adults posting about it on FB, so I don't mind that. Haven't seen many adults money-grabbing with it thankfully.

This is how I end up climbing 23 flights of stairs on WFH days. It is endless.
Went downstairs to take my lunchtime meds. I took out the rubbish & recycling, peed, topped up my drink, made a snack, looked out the window, patted the cat, went back upstairs, sat down & realised I still hadn't taken my dang meds. In case anyone still thought I didn't have raging ADHD.
