Yet again I remind everyone (as Elizabeth does in her very next tweet) that "foreigners are corrupting our pure blood with weakness & disease" is Fascism 101. Not some variant, not some metaphorically similar thing, not some echo -- the thing itself.

Some timeline stuff:
— We expect to get InfoWars.com after the judge clears it in a couple of weeks.
— We'll build a world of characters on the site and across social media. Tim Heidecker is in charge, and we have grand designs.
— Visit theonion.info, buy a subscription, help us dominate the world.
So much more convenient than liner notes in the case!
This reminds me. I dunno if I ever posted about this, but the DVDs had one of the coolest bonus items—the first volume (I’m pretty sure) came with a little binder, and every subsequent volume came with a set of pages to add to it with episode information, character designs and artwork.
Also I have to say, the designs of the covers actually like… look good? with the beat up edges. Almost looks intentional
ofc now I can’t find my USB-A to C converter to hook up my disk drive >:(
Was chatting with some people about Ganuktsuou’s music the other day and realized I didn’t have a copy of the OST and it’s not on Apple Music so I went ahead and snagged it and the classical collection (plus another production art book) off surugaya. The cases are p beat up but the disks are intact
It's an obscene amount of work that is justified because it allows you to inhabit a world that feels well-defined, but even that is just half the battle. Since, you know, then you have to actually follow those guidelines and draw/paint all of these very particular elements
But while you can sorta get away with adlib background characters, you most definitely need (especially with Shirahama being so particular about details) endless design sheets for all the highly specific props and elements they come across in this world
Those flashy sequences catch the attention of the viewers, but the core of this episode & undoubtedly the biggest workload is the absurd amount of design tasks it required. At most, people will remark that it's nice to see many different witches. And they're right, Coco agrees as well!

We've enlisted the help of @timheidecker.bsky.social, who will be InfoWars' Creative Director.
Please stand by for more.
Happy Monday.
Today we're making a few updates/announcements.
First up: our nonprofit ETCH is alive on the web.
etch-humanity.org
ETCH: Ethical Technology and Computing for Humanity.
ETCH is not another AI nonprofit. It is a nonprofit that explicitly prioritizes people over AI.
I said it before and I'll say it again:
Giving a pack of Epstein associates a comprehensive list of all children in the country with home address and school listed, sortable by various traits that indicate vulnerability to exploitation, is the literal diametric opposite of keeping kids safe.
SCOOP --> Paramount, Meta, and X are refusing to say what happened to their huge contributions to Trump's presidential library after Sen Elizabeth Warren raised questions about its fund getting dissolved. Ds say tens of millions remain unaccounted for.

Re: nostalgia for VHS tapes and other analog media, I saw someone say like "a VHS tape never sold my information to a nazi" and yes that's true! But the reason it's true is actually because Congress passed a law in 1988 specifically making it illegal for video stores to sell your rental history
A video game I wrote decades ago comes to Nintendo Switch and Steam.

Like... The things this is already showing it can do in the last 5-7 years is incredible.
the most interesting thing about this story is not the survey itself—which is a year old and has since been retracted over huge problems with the sample—but that media outlets keep trying to push stories of a massive religious revival among the young in absence of any evidence
