The more I read about the details I missed, the more I understand and appreciate the depth of his art. That was really special.

Not that Target’s merch is “crap” (I love Target!). But more that maybe people are 1) getting wise to the notion that we don’t need to keep “upgrading” decor or devices and 2) finding gems in thrift stores instead of fast fashion.

Just read that Target is struggling bc its customer base “has been strained by higher prices and pulled back on discretionary goods like home decor/electronics/nonessential clothing in favor of groceries and everyday essentials.” Or maybe people are finally realizing they don’t need so much crap! 🤔
