awfully unhealthy...Im chef/Pastry Chef make everything from scratch..grow my own vegetables etc,when you make your own food you choose how much of everything you put into it. Is it going to be light salt, fiber rich etc,we have control of that.

Homemade soup way better and nutritious than soup in the can you'll never go back.
And there are so many ways to make them.
My favorites are wt roasted..root vegetables wt jarrete..chicken or
