Beast of Turin!!

Sooner or later I will enjoy a day free from the depressing sight of seeing someone use AI to generate artwork, and then having to unfollow or block them. Today was not that day.

Lists, keep vital stuff in eyesight and set alarms for short focus periods (30-45 mins). Helps me avoid the distraction vortex (mostly).

But don’t beat yourself up if you start chasing squirrels either.

Having grown up in Dudley… fair enough.

You’ll be alright mate. I can’t take ADHD meds because of interactions with other stuff I’m on. But just having the diagnosis and being aware of my triggers and symptoms has made management so much easier.
