That is a classic. I learned so much watching it growing up.

It really is a game changer. It makes the workouts so much more efficient.

When I increase weight on an exercise I write down my RPE for it so when I go back the following week I know if I should stay there and see if the RPE goes down or if the previous RPE was low I know I need to increase weight. It really helps take some thinking out of it.

I’ll bring the espresso. lol.
