Helluva boss makes me feel good about being a little fag

Which I now whole-heartedly disagree with (as evident by the muse I'm currently most focused on lmao). Sure, the shows are written terribly in a lot of moments, but that doesn't stop the golden moments from shining through.

Did it turn a switch in my head. It was a feeling unlike anything else. Like, imagine gratification mixed with relief and a pinch of joy. Like that.

I was very abbrassive towards Vivziepop's works up to that point thanks to the widespread thought of them being bad.

I returned to it in the summer of this year, having heard bits and pieces about it here and there from creators on my youtube shorts line-up.

The first episode I watched was Mammon's mid-season special. The one focused on Fizzarolli and Asmodeus. And GOD

The pilot in itself was nothing special, but it kept me hopeful for what could've come eventually. And come it did. I stuck around for a few of the first episodes, failing to see the show through to it's better episodes.

So, when the pilot first aired I wasn't very.. in tune with myself as a person during the time. Hazbin Hotel sparked something, but there was no gasoline or fan to help it mature. And no other media was really helping me with that.

It's the 5th-year anniversary of Helluva Boss. Figured I should say a few (maybe many) things about the show, considering the recent impact it had on me and the way I view myself along with the people around me.

Yes, all of this because of a silly show about imps killing people.

Adam is sprawled out on his bed, waking up in a cold sweat after his kiss with Striker was flashed in a dream. He can't believe he did that. Going against heavenly law and making out with a MAN. And to make it worse it's an IMP

After a turbulent start and a relatively quick building of relations, on one fateful night in Adam's mannor the two major dicks finally made it official.

" W-Wait- " Adam came to his senses. " Wait just a second. "

As Striker presumabely turns around - Adam plants a kiss on his snake lips, making sure to keep one arm firmly around the other's waist.

It's like saying "I gotcha", but with hands.and not..the mouth.

" .. "

He just kinda, turns away. Unsure of what to say really. God, his mind is a mess.

"..And how long have ya wanted me for-"

He pulls up his phone, showing Stryker a selfie of himself.. and the snake imp, where he's completely red in thr face as he's hugging the guy.

" You fucking were. "

" You know, I could tell you were going red when hugging me. "

" Yeah, I do fuckin' care when the guy teaching me shit suddenly loses his backbone, and then starts getting touchy with me. "

" You bawled your eyes out to me because shit's getting rough. Something's up with you. And I fucking know it. "

Adam sits down next to him, looking the snake imp in the eyes. God he looks so.. good in this lighting.

"What's with the recent, like, shit from you? First you start huggin' me, then coming to me for soapy shit.. What the fuck is going on?"

"It's not that. Just.. come in for a minute or two. "

It's late outside, so Adam has his night atmosphere on in his home.

" Come in. Take y'fucking shoes off. "
