23C is 73F which is what we keep our house at Winter or Summer. I like it a couple degrees warmer, so to compromise with the Wife, and to be "Nude", I often wear a top but no bottoms, haha, plus some short athletic socks if the floor is cold. ❣️🌞😘🤙
