54 years ago the Gay Switchboard of NY took it's first call. Now the LGBT Switchboard of NY (part of the LGBT National Help Center) continues to take calls daily, just like on day one feel isolated and alone. Each conversation is a way to connect, offer respect, and make sure they know they matter.
