What’s fascinating is these new laws seem to try to be suggesting their existence will prevent deaths (4 a yr by cyclists - existing laws with jail term guidelines haven’t prevented the 1596 deaths a year caused by drivers-and exactly how many of those drivers went to jail for any length of time?
