Billy, this is the Memphis Grizzlies.The Grizzlies are a very good NBA team. The problem is all of their best basketball players rarely play basketball at the same time.

a) cooked
b) hurt
c) or doesn’t understand the defensive scheme

He’s just not the same guy.

Could it be that they really simplified things last year with so many young guys playing, and that allowed Vince and GG to thrive?

Think Grizz need to go 4-1 over next 5 to get back after this weekend - hopefully Lakers will take a few Ls. Being 2 or 3 seed is a big deal with OKC looming in second ground for 4/5. Gotta get in playoff mode ASAP.

If Jaren (or Ja or Des) plays 2-3 more minutes against Knicks and Spurs, I think we win those games. Knicks ripped off runs against bench lineups that ultimately cost us (esp after building lead in 3rd). Spurs’ run in the 4th while Jaren is waiting to check in. Give me 37 min/game on the reg.
