It's not an endorsement of him, so much as chopping & changing the leader looks chaotic to your average member of public who doesn't really give a shit about politics, i.e. most of them. My preferred direction would be sticking with him but he's bullied into better policy by his party.

My advice to Labour is don't let Starmer resign as the press will chase out the next one too, and the next one. Just go fuck it.
Maybe I could write that as my big airport inspirational Ted Talk book, "Fuck 'em, they hate you anyway, don't play by their rules, you can't win. Just go fuck it."

There is more bias on display in a single sentence uttered by Chris Mason than has ever been evident in any other purported example that has been called into legal or political question. He is a debasement to an already debased mode of communication and should have been out on his ear long ago.
Have *you* ever been in panto? Were you a Noreen Dickinson Juvenile, were you something in the Magic "Pop" Glade, or maybe you're the ghost of John Inman! Comment below, cos we're going to expand the 'Splaining Scope soon...
I love a show that can make me relate to an empty bleach bottle.
I saw The Day Today when I was 11 and was obsessed with Chris Morris. Years later a pen pal sent me Why Bother? on tape. I still have it. He was an old bloke I think but he was never weird. Listen I didn’t even know what a paedophile was until I saw Brass Eye. Anyway love this series all the best 👍

For the benefit of everyone who is agog at Avengers: Doomsday having twenty seven announced lead cast members - Infinity War had twenty eight, not even counting Samuel L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders, and Endgame had thirty two. Films do tend to have people in them.
If you're *still* posting photos of Ted Bovis and that turkey out of Wil Cwac Cwac to 'satirise' the news of an unexpected character appearing in the Avengers: Doomsday trailer, I'm going to suggest that it's not actually the Marvel fans who need to get a life after all.
Chris Morris and Peter Cook's silly series of ridiculous highbrow discussions Why Bother? is one of the funniest comedy shows ever broadcast. If you've never heard it, or if you just wanted to hear me talking about how much I love it, step right this way...

Not sure I was aware of the law apparently forcing people to watch Avengers: Doomsday, although evidently it has my full blessing.

If you enjoy what I do, coffees are very gratefully received here. Even if it's filter coffee. Even if you have no filter.

Did you hate that duck? Or are you 'Orville Friendly'?
This month Keith Harris and pals are joined by their natural onscreen foil Grotbags. There's also one of the longest tenured Brookside stars, and perhaps the panto industry's most fascinating and beloved producer.

The Dreamstone - Mike Batt-soundtracked Melua-pilfered mid-concept animated odyssey concerning green bears assisting Gandalfy good-doer The Dream Maker in nightly allocation of non-nightmarish subconscious nocturnal thought patterns. 'Lessons' inevitably abounded.

Due South - tail-end of post-Twin Peaks quirky drama mini-boom meets even mini-er momentary Mountie craze in oddball offbeat Canadian In Chicago quasi-Slattery culture clash comedy crimebust. Unclear however whether this particular Mountie always got his can.

I loved that one. There was a PlayStation rerelease where you go into space and play against space teams
Murder One - monolithically linear legal procedural with added allegorical undertones alluding to decline of social contract, introduced by heavyweight cast moodily reflected on fragmenting shards of 'justice'. Steven Bocho credit should not serve as a mystery.

Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe - late to the party cross-console cash-in on post-Rollerball vogue for safely fictitious extreme sports, set in far-flung fantasy world where on-pitch hooliganism and backstage corruption are actively tackled and legislated against.

Peter Mandelson should be in prison. He isn't. If that's not the point that's pressed first and foremost, all of this will happen again whether it's with somebody else or even with *him*.

Nothing Ever Happens by Del Amitri. Frankly I'd be actually quite pleased if every third car was a cab.
