31% of the enquiries that we received were GPs. Themes were: Appointments and difficulty getting appointments and long waits. Digital (PATCHs and other online platforms not being available and difficult to use). People not feeling supported by their practice and staff attitude.

Between January and March 2025, 31% of people who contacted us needed help with GP and primary care - mainly about booking appointments, digital tools and staff attitudes. We share this with Leeds Primary Care leaders to influence change.

Incredible Izzy has just passed the first stage of her hearing dog training - the Puppy 1 Star ⭐

Izzy has been working on her basic cues such as 'sit' and 'wait', and has also been encouraged to investigate lots of new sights, sounds and smells.

Congratulations 'Team Izzy' 🐾🎉
