So many things like this since we moved to GitHub from GitLab. And then we look and there’s been a request for the exact feature we want open for several years with no word from actual employees.

#365 ‒ Training for longevity: A roundtable on building strength, preventing injury, meeting protein needs, guidance for women and youth athletes, and more | Gabrielle Lyon, Mike Boyle, Jeff Cavaliere Podcast Episode · The Peter Attia Drive · 09/22/2025 · 2h 15m

I found these to be pretty good podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t... podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

Increased protein + creatine seem like low risk, decent payoff actions.

startingstrength.com/get-started/... is a good place to start for a program and has many videos for how to do the lifts.

Even accepting the premise that AI produces useful writing (which no one should), using AI in education is like using a forklift at the gym. The weights do not actually need to be moved from place to place. That is not the work. The work is what happens within you.

Thanks! It’s honestly pretty incredible that the same bones of these pipelines built on broccoli have kept working well for going on 5 years now. Speaks volumes on the effort and quality that went into broccoli.

Our main pipelines we run
a) turn info from Figma APIs into dart code for themes/icons/text styles in our flutter app
b) turn info from APIs of our internal translation service into JSON consumed across dev teams and then into i18n dart code for our team’s Flutter app.

What would you use as a broccoli replacement these days for generic file transformation pipelines when the end result is not targeting a js runtime? Broccoli has been working fine, but also seems kinda quietly sunset.
