I've a voicemail which is just 5 minutes of Orban crying about how sorry he is.
I consider Orban losing the election to be an interference in the internal affairs of my Hungarian Oblast.

To the doomers who keep saying Trump will rig the 2026 and 2028 elections: Do not concede in advance
Budapest turned into a party zone well into the early hours on Monday with people dancing outside pubs and cars honking as supporters of the opposition Tisza party celebrated their sweeping victory in a pivotal election on Sunday.

This really is rather inspiring.
Thank you Hungary.

Even at its worst, Hungary has a former Orban supporter against corruption winning, in the face of Trump and others.
Magyar may not be any liberal ideal, but breaking Orban’s illiberal machine and methodology is a welcome break.
And the international significance of Orban losing is immeasurable.
(AP) — Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán conceded defeat on Sunday after what he called a ″painful″ election result, ending 16 years in power for a powerful figure in the far-right movement allied with U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A significant amount of votes still need to be counted. As 66.9%/39.3% counted, the centre-right opposition party Tisza (EPP) is ahead in seat count, and even a constitutional supermarjority is in play.

Fidesz and its candidates in single mandate districts are faring worse than even the initial forecasts.
