Our festival is about Mahler and his music. That includes performing new music, as Mahler did regularly. Though, we must admit, this one was more just for fun since we had Jesse and Craig in town for the festival anyway.

"Songs of Protest & Defiance," a recital by the amazing vocalists assembled for our performance of Ullmann's "Der Kaiser von Atlantis." These wonderful performers, with pianist Jennifer Hayghe, put on a incredibly powerful performance at the Canyon Theater at the Boulder Public Library.
